Active Worlds hosting - Setup procedure

Given the particular nature of these services, we would like to reassure ourselves that all needed information to setup your world correctly, like needed files, are present and in good condition.

You do not pay anything untill your world is online.

You have thereafter a delay of seven days starting from the setup of your world to make your payment, either online using our secure SSL payment or, for french residents, per bank check.
This delay of seven days goes into effect from the moment Alterlinks has informed you per e-mail about the setup completion of your world service.

From that moment you will have access, using a login and password we have provided you per e-mail, to the service details of your account (start date, previous facturations, next facture date, secure payment, etc...).

All facturations not payed within the specified delay will be considered as a cancellation of your account and will immediately stop the concerned hosted service.

The requirements necessairy for the setup of your world is depending on if your world is new and not yet hosted anywhere, or if it concerns a world that already contains data and is (or was) already hosted elsewhere.
