Free mail Alterlinks

• What happens with the informations I've provided when I subscribed ?

We store them in our database in according to, and to be in agreement with, french laws.
The informations you've transferred to Alterlinks will not be communicated to third parties.

• How can I modify my informations ?

You can modify or delete at any moment your informations. For this, it's sufficient to write us using the same email address used for the inscription.

• Terms & Conditions of usage and personal information

The understanding "free" does not include possible charges to access your account (Internet providers subscription, connection charges, etc..
You engage in providing your real identity (name, address, ..). We reserve the right to delete any account not conform.

Any account not activated or used within 24 hours from its creation is subject to deletion.

Any account not used during a period of 60 days is subject to deletion.

The maximum size of a single message is 2Mb.

Sending of simultanious messages (mailing) is limited to 30 destinations per message, this to limit the creation of accounts for which its sole purpose is sending mass, unsollicitated e-mails (spam).

Certain countries (Argentine, Brasil) do not have access to the creation pages of an Alterlinks account. This is the result of abusive use (creation of accounts for SPAM purposes only) from these origins.
Free accounts can still be created per written request to our support (see page "Contacts").

Alterlinks reserves the right to delete an account at any moment and without justification.
Alterlinks reserves the right to halt its free mail services at any moment. If this would be inavoidable, we will try within our power to advertise this on forehand.

Alterlinks shall not be held responsable for the possible contents of messages send by, or passing thru, its mailservers.It is indeed impossible and prohibited by law to verify the contents of incoming/outgoing messages with exception of presence of virus-like codes or messages subject to SPAM.
In case of reception of messages containing an illegal contents originating from an Alterlinks mail account, please write to abuse-alterlinks.fr (replace the - character with an @) and join the concerning message including all complete mail headers.

Filtering of virus-infected attachments has to be seen as an extra added to our services and is under no circumstances a protection garantee for computers of people enjoying a free email account.

You commit to not using your Alterlinks account for sending messages with an illegal or un-sollicated contents.

When creating your account, you accept to receive messages originating from Alterlinks. These messages have a variable frequence, seldom more than one per month, in most cases even less often. Indeed, we send messages only when we have information we judge as important or interresting and not at set intervals.

You can modify at any moment the informations you've provided during your subscription simply by writing us. You'll find our addresses at our contacts page of this website.

You can follow the same procedure if you desire to delete your account.

Alterlinks does not provide any or partial information you've provided during your inscription to third parties. These informations will remain stored as long as you enjoy a subscription with Alterlinks unless stated otherwise by french laws.

To delete your Alterlinks email account you can make a request per email (see our "Contacts" page on this website).

Any requests made from an other e-mail account than the account used during your inscription will be ignored.
