• The telegrams

Can only be accessed in citizen mode.

When you receive a telegram, you will be informed by a message displayed in red in your chat window.

To read a telegram, go to the corresponding tab and click on the author's username. Telegrams which have not been read yet are prefixed with a small red asterisk in the telegrams tab.

The message will be displayed in red prefixed with a time indication corresponding to when it was sent and the name of the author.

Click with the right mousebutton on the author's username to write a response.

Which will open the window for writing a telegram.

Press <CTRL> + <ENTER> to create a linebreak (cariage return).
Once your message finished, click on "Send" or press <ENTER> to send your message.
