• Why don't certain triggers work ?

An owner can authorise constructions in a world but could also disallow the usage of certain triggers like rotate or move.
Others only allow construction to citizens.
Others again could disallow any construction what so ever.
In case of problems, inform yourself with the owner or caretaker of the concerning world.

• How to prevent my constructions from being deleted ?

Only constructions made by a citizen (registrated mode) are protected and can't be deleted.
In tourist mode (not registrated), anyone can delete your constructions.
